All items are hand packed with care to ensure a safe delivery. If you should receive an item that is damaged, please notify us by email within 3 days of arrival with your contact information including phone number. Clearly state the nature and extent of the damage and include a photo of the damages to the box and the item if possible. Once we submit a claim with our shipper, we will send you a replacement item at no charge or refund your money.
